Push Hands is one of the Tai Chi disciplines. It is practised with a partner using Tai Chi movements and principles for self defence.

Push Hands practice is a fun and challenging way of training to increase awareness and sensitivity and to improve your self defence skills.

It is a cooperative approach to training, building on the experience of all participants and providing the flexibility to progress at your own pace.

All styles and levels are welcome. Beginners will be given an introduction to the basic principles.
